Privacy

When you buy, we collect your email address so we can send your download link and any handbook updates. Payment is handled by Square, which receives your card details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.

We keep your email and order reference for as long as we need them to provide downloads and meet tax record-keeping rules. We don't sell or share your details with anyone except the services needed to run the shop: Square (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and Resend (sending email).

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or trackers. To see or delete your details, email [email protected].

Refunds

Because the handbook and skill are an instant digital download, there are no change-of-mind refunds. If a file won't open or the skill doesn't work as described, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you in full.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
